Teachable is the platform for you if you’re an entrepreneur or content creator looking for a way to transform knowledge into earnings.
Teachable is a learning management system (LMS) based by Angkur Nagpal as a side project. It was previously called Fedora. Nagpal, a class builder himself, grew frustrated over the lack of direct access to students some platforms needed. He decided to create his own online learning platform with characteristics he envisioned his courses and students would like.
In 2020, sources state that Hotsmart acquired Teachable for about $250M.

You don’t need to think about marketing. All you have to worry about is making the content you wish to sell since Teachable has built-in features to look after payouts, taxes, affiliates, and writers.
